My 18 year career in the music industry began as a marketing intern at the famed record label, JIVE Records, where I went on to work for nearly a decade in a job I dreamed about having since I was a little girl listening to pop songs on the radio (with NKOTB posters on my wall.) As a record label marketing executive and artist manager, I contributed to the careers of artists like Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, P!nk, The Chainsmokers, Jordin Sparks, Cody Simpson and CeeLo Green, among other GRAMMY-award winning, platinum selling artists (and countless, talented others that didn’t quite achieve that level).

After years of traveling with recording artists across the globe, running album releases and campaigns, striving to break new artists, producing video shoots and promo tours, and devoting my life 24:7 to helping pop stars and rappers become rich and famous- I made the decision to spend the second half of my career in a more meaningful way - and in the process help give women a path to business ownership.

As the founder of the emerging franchise brand DivaDance, I have reinvented the dance class experience for adults and made it accessible and inclusive to learn dance choreography in a stress free environment. Our all-levels, no experience required, pop music inspired classes and parties have been featured in People, InStyle, Refinery 29, PopSugar, and on multiple TV news segments across the country (and even Telemundo!) I’m also a mom to 2 tiny humans, after getting a bit of a late start to parenthood!
