3 Founders I’m Obsessed With

I love a good founder story—especially when it’s about a woman who built something from the ground up and changed lives along the way.

I think it's important to have aspirational people on your vision board that you want to study, be like, connect with, or learn from. Here's mine:

🔥 Anne Mahlum – Founder of [solidcore]
She launched her first studio with $200K of her own money. Now [solidcore] is a $100M+ brand with over 100 locations. I’m obsessed with her unapologetic confidence, transparency about her financial success, and no-nonsense advice for fellow entrepreneurs.

🥤 Allison Ellsworth – Founder of Poppi
She wasn’t trying to build a beverage empire—she just wanted to fix her gut health. That turned into Poppi, which PepsiCo just acquired for $1.95 billion. She’s a fellow sorority girl, an Austinite, and a mom. I see some tacos and a playdate in our future.

💃 Sara Blakely – Founder of Spanx
With just $5,000, she cut the feet off some pantyhose and revolutionized shapewear (and women’s confidence). She built a billion-dollar empire and sold a majority stake for $1.2 billion. On top of being a mom, she takes a dozen of her best friends on a surprise birthday trip every year. She is the definition of goals.

Who is someone on your vision board?
