These sessions have become the highlight of my week. Seriously, they give me a rush that rivals the endorphin high of our classes! I love challenging our owners with questions like:
- When you say "everyone," who exactly are you referring to?
- How do you know "all" clients definitely aren’t interested in XYZ?
- What does success look like to you in that scenario?
- What were your expectations, and what really happened?
Basically, how can we harness data to make smart decisions that move us toward our goals?
The only way to truly know is to prioritize facts over feelings.
