For you reading this that sit closely to the major technology migration we're doing right now across the company, you know that it's A LOT. 

I have deeply contemplated the impact of this move - both short and long term - on the clients, local staff, and most importantly the operations of our franchise owners. When we hit bumps in the road or parts of the technology that may actually be worse than what we have now, I start to get insecure. Did we do the right thing? Did I totally Schrute this?

BUT I just got the most amazing voice memo from one of our franchise owners.

A very brief transcript:
"I just want to tell you — you're doing a fucking amazing job."

She went on to celebrate how HQ has managed preparation for this migration, and gave me an "atta girl" - acknowledging what a lift it is (especially balancing it with other priorities!)

I really needed that!

Will you reach out to someone RIGHT NOW and give them some positive feedback? Here is a starter kit if you need help:

• Someone who works very behind the scenes

• Anyone you know in the middle of undertaking a big project/task

• Someone who is in the middle of a major life change

• Anyone you know that has been "going through it"

• Literally anyone, for any reason. 

Tell them you see them, they are doing amazing, they should keep going, and you're rooting for them.

You may never know how much they needed to hear it!
