Spring Cleaning
It's Spring Cleaning time! Rather than give you a reminder to clean out your fridge or wipe your baseboards, here are 5 other things to Spring Clean β if you want more productivity, more clarity, and to be a happier human....
π΄ Your sleep hygiene. Yes this is a real term - if you are not getting consistent, quality sleep - the rest of your life is fucked. Sorry to be so blunt but have we met it's true.
π₯ The people you spend the most time with. If they aren't elevating you, they are bringing you down. Maybe it's time for a lineup change, or a realignment of values with your circle.
β° Your systems. What system do you have in place that will help you form good habits? Example: Need to drink more water. I put my water bottle by my keys every morning to fill before I leave. Systems eliminate excuses.
π§ Your expectations. When things ruffle you, trigger you, or don't go how you want, it's time to inspect what you expect. (Thanks to my dad for this life lesson) What do you expect to happen? What did you want the person to say or do?
β¨ Your energy. Energy is so contagious - if you aren't bringing good vibes to every interaction you have, it may be time for some affirmations, meditation, consultation, (or medication!)
